Manufacture and Inspection of Large-diameter Pipes

Becoming and remaining a world market leader requires special abilities, for instance the flexibility to deliver pipes in nearly all dimensions, in every quantity and to almost anywhere on Earth. Being a world market leader also means providing substantial manufacturing capacities.

In total there are four modern and efficient longitudinally welded pipe manufacturing lines in operation at EUROPIPE. Pipes ranging between 12 to 18 metres can be manufactured in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany, and up to 12 metres in Dunkirk, France. The pipes are manufactured on the two production lines by the UOE method. We produce pipes on the 12-metre lines in Mülheim an der Ruhr and Panama City, USA (Berg Steel Pipe Corp.) by the three roll bending process.
