Our production control and information system for ongoing quality assurance and approval monitoring, called PRODIS, is unique in the world. From the materials used to the finished pipe, PRODIS constantly monitors all production and intermediate stages.

PRODIS monitors the highly automated production process based on specifications, and supplies all operative positions with the relevant data specified. The automated inspection systems are connected to PRODIS online, and the production and inspection results are continuously aligned with the data specified.

PRODIS ensures an extensive final documentation for customers, documents each production stage, confirms adherence to all customer-specific requirements, and enables a consistent pipe identification, from the sheet metal used to shipping to the construction site.
