The EUROPIPE GmbH will be delivering 132,000 tonnes (227 km) of thick-walled offshore large-diameter pipes measuring 26 inch (660 mm) in diameter for the development of the Zohr gas field located off Egypt’s Mediterranean coastline.

EUROPIPE will receive an order for the delivery of large-diameter pipes for the lines 3 and 4 of the Baltic Sea pipeline. This was announced by Nord Stream consortium on Friday in Zug, Switzerland. The total quantity is 2.2 Mio. tonnes (2.500 km).  EUROPIPE will receive approx. 890.000 tonnes (ca. 1.100 km). The contract will be signed within the next weeks.

EUROPIPE received the order from Salzgitter Mannesmann International GmbH to supply 270 km of large-diameter pipes for the construction of the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP). The 870 km long pipeline will transport natural gas from the Caspian region and, connected to the TANAP pipeline currently under construction, further from Greece via Albania to Southern Italy. The overall tonnage of the contract is approx. 170,000 t.

South Stream Transport B.V., Amsterdam/Netherlands and EUROPIPE GmbH, Mülheim an der Ruhr/Germany, today signed a contract for the supply of steel pipes for the construction of the South Stream Offshore Pipeline. EUROPIPE will produce over 600 kilometers for the first string of in total 931 kilometers. The route of the 32 inch (813 mm O. D.) offshore gas pipeline runs through the Black Sea in depths of up to 2,200 meters from Anapa in Russia to Varna in Bulgaria.
