Values and future orientation
The pursuit of sustainability is firmly anchored in EUROPIPE's values. Our parent companies – AG der Dillinger Hüttenwerke and Salzgitter Mannesmann GmbH – are among the pioneers on the path to CO₂-neutral steel production in Germany. With our production processes and products, we make an important contribution to the innovation and sustainability of global energy and infrastructure supply.
EUROPIPE has published its first Sustainability Report, providing a transparent overview of how the company takes responsibility for environmental, social and governance (ESG) topics. It outlines current performance, key challenges and concrete steps for continuous improvement. The report also highlights the growing importance of reliable sustainability data for customers, financial institutions and long-term competitiveness.
Steel pipes with responsibility
EUROPIPE steel pipes stand for product safety and durability throughout their entire service life. At the end of their life cycle, they are fully recyclable and thus make an important contribution to resource conservation and the circular economy.
Continuous improvement of our environmental performance
We systematically analyse the ecological impact of our production processes in order to optimise the use of resources. The focus here is on continuously reducing our carbon footprint – both in pipe production and transport. With our established environmental management system, which complies with international standards and is subject to continuous development, we are constantly improving our environmental performance and actively contributing to climate protection.
