High-strength steel X80 and X100
Our development work focuses on pipes with optimum mechanical properties, taking into account a wide range of design criteria. The aim is to ensure safe use under the toughest conditions.
Thick-walled pipes
We are constantly developing the geometry and technological properties of our pipes for deep-sea applications. Multi-layer welding enables us to produce pipes with wall thicknesses of up to 52 mm. Extensive break-in resistance tests ensure quality.
Pipes for CCS and hydrogen
Our sour gas pipes are individually tailored to the respective application – from high H₂S content to slightly acidic gases. We guarantee the best combination of mechanical stability and corrosion protection. Another focus is the further development of X70 pipes for use in aggressive media.
Integrated research and development network
EUROPIPE actively participates in research projects on the transport of the new media hydrogen, CO₂ and ammonia, working together with renowned experts from various companies.
