At its site in Mülheim an der Ruhr, EUROPIPE operates one of the world's most efficient production facilities for longitudinally welded large-diameter pipes. With an annual capacity of up to 1.4 million tonnes or around 2,000 kilometres of piping, we produce solutions for the most demanding energy and infrastructure projects. Every step of the manufacturing process – from sheet metal placement and welding to comprehensive testing such as ultrasound or filmless radiography – is geared towards precision, efficiency and the highest quality.

Quality and surface protection
Our production range includes pipes with diameters between 610 mm and 1,524 mm and wall thicknesses of up to 52 mm. We use state-of-the-art coating systems to ensure maximum durability and safety. Through our subsidiary MÜLHEIM PIPECOATINGS, we operate one of the world's largest plants for internal and external coatings with a capacity of more than 4.5 million m² per year. This ensures that our large-diameter pipes are not only manufactured to a high technical standard, but also look their best.
